Refund Eligibility / রিফান্ড পাওয়ার যোগ্যতা

We offer refunds only for damaged, defective, or wrong products.
রিফান্ড কেবলমাত্র পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, বা ভুল পণ্য হলে প্রযোজ্য।

Refund Conditions / রিফান্ডের শর্ত

• You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Product must be unused and returned in original packaging.

• Proof (photo/video) must be provided for damage or wrong delivery.

• Return shipping must be handled by the customer unless the fault is ours.

• পণ্য গ্রহণের ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

• পণ্য ব্যবহার না করে মূল প্যাকেটসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।

• ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল পণ্যের জন্য ছবি/ভিডিও প্রমাণ দিতে হবে।

• যদি আমাদের ত্রুটি না হয়, তাহলে ফেরত পাঠানোর খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।

Non-Refundable Cases / যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড হবে না

• Change of mind

• Used or damaged by customer

• Sale or clearance items

• মত পরিবর্তনের কারণে

• গ্রাহকের ব্যবহারে বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য

• সেল বা ছাড়প্রাপ্ত পণ্য

Refund Time / রিফান্ড সময়

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে, ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে বিকাশ, নগদ অথবা ব্যাংকের মাধ্যমে ফেরত দেয়া হবে।
